	Who Is Affordable Maui Weddings? Our Founder. Rev. John Souter began the company 13 years ago. He is our default minister and also the main photographer for Affordable Maui Weddings. Almost all of the photography on this website was taken by him so you can get a feel for his work while looking through the Affordable website. To learn more about how he shoots our Maui weddings follow this link: When John is performing a wedding, his assistants shoot the photography while he is officiating the service. John has been a licensed and ordained minister for 42 years. Unlike most of the other officiants here on Maui, he is a true minister and Christian College graduate. He has written almost 50 Christian books (which have been translated into eight languages). All of his ceremonies are original and he performed his first wedding 40 years ago. Nikki will normally be your on-site wedding coordinator. She also works with John on the beach, shooting the photography during the ceremonies and often also after the wedding giving us dual coverage of your event. Nikki makes certain that all of the wedding services that our couples want are ordered and taken care of. In the office (and out running errands for the business) she is clearly John's right hand. Nikki knows from first-hand experience how exciting a Maui wedding can be, having recently been married on Maui to John. She is dedicated to giving you the same kind of Maui beach wedding that she and John received. Linda Simon. Linda has been doing our Maui photography and coordinating for several years now. We are happy to have her expertise as one of our staff members. She is quite proficient in getting the kind of photography that our couples want. Linda is also very adept at coordinating all of the onsite activities that go into even the biggest Maui weddings.
