- There are several fine wedding chapels
and churches that are ideal for your wedding. Maui wedding chapel sites offer
the feel of a church for those who need a larger setting for
their wedding or who wish to have a more religious or Christian touch added.
Maui Churches available for wedding services offer a real-world ambiance
all their own. They are often a little more reasonably
priced.

Maui Wedding Chapels

- Ka'anapali
Congregational Church

- Despite the name, this quaint small Maui church
is not in Ka'anapali but Honokokai. The interior is simple and
the church people are not restrictive or difficult to work with. Parking
is limited to the street and a public parking lot across the
street at the Honokokai Beach Park (which is usually pretty full with
beach goers).
This Maui church makes a nice wedding site for your small party, or just the
two of you. The site fee is currently one of the lowest on Maui.

- Lahaina United
Methodist Church

- This inexpensive Maui church is located on
Front Street in the old fishing, tourist town of Lahaina. The
church is a little on the larger side inside (compared to some
of the others found above), comfortably seating over a hundred,
yet it still has a quaint feeling. The church also has a large
gazebo on the front of the property available for your Maui wedding cake cutting
ceremony.

- Kumulani
Chapel (Kapalua)

- This chapel is located on the property
of the Ritz Carlton Resort in Kapalua. It is on the edge of the
golf course and a short distance from the cliffs overlooking
the ocean. There is an outside gazebo that can be used for picture
taking. The resort does not want the wedding party traveling
down to the ocean cliffs (because of the possibility of getting
hit by a golf ball), so ocean side pictures must be taken at another
location.

Maui Wedding Chapels

- South Maui has a few good choices for chapels
and churches.

 The Grand Wailea Wedding
Chapel (Wailea)

- This has to be the best wedding chapel
on the island. The chapel was built in the early missionary style,
with impressive stained glass windows. The interior features
handcrafted woods and Italian crystal chandeliers. If you prefer
a church/chapel atmosphere, you won't find a more attractive
location on the island.

- The grounds at the Grand Wailea provide
many excellent picture taking opportunities and the beach is
nice below the resort. If you have your wedding in the Grand
Wailea's gazebo, the price is the same as the chapel. For photos

- Keolahou
Church (Kihei)

- This small Christian church is located
on South Kihei Road (at the north end of Kihei) right across
the road from the beach. This is a good location for a morning
wedding as the nearby beach tends to be more windy in the afternoon
(for your beach shots) It is reasonably priced and offers a South
Maui location for your small wedding party.
