Choose Your Maui Wedding Package

To help make our Hawaii weddings less expensive, Affordable Maui Weddings has created five different Discount Maui Wedding Packages. You will want to look over the contents of each package so that you can find the one which suits your needs the best.

If you would like to add Maui wedding services to any package, that is also acceptable. This is your Hawaii wedding and we want you to have everything you desire. It is probably best to start with a Maui wedding package that contains only the services you want and then add to that any other wedding services you desire.

Maui Wedding Package "A"

Affordable Maui Wedding Package

Only $297

 

The Maui Wedding Package "A" is an affordable budget wedding package. It includes the services of your Maui wedding minister, coordinating of your Maui wedding license appointment, help in selecting your Maui wedding site, and two leis for a lei exchange during the ceremony. There is no onsite wedding coordination provided with this package (the Maui wedding minister will bring to the leis to the wedding site).

 

Maui Wedding Package #1

Simply Married Package

Only $797

 

The Simply Married Package is our most popular Hawaii Wedding Package. It  includes a complete photo digital package (30 4x6" photos and online viewing). It also includes leis for your ceremony, a sparkling apple cider toast (nicely presented on a small round table with lacy table cloth), a full-color wedding certificate, the services of a minister and full coordination of all the details, including setting up your license appointment and on-site coordination at your wedding.

 

Maui Wedding Package #2

Beautiful Wedding Package

Maui Wedding Package #2: the Beautiful Package includes coordinating of all details, including setting up your wedding license appointment, help with selecting your wedding site location, the services of a minister, two leis for a lei exchange during the ceremony, 48 4x6 color digital photos with online viewing, one enlargement, a full-color wedding certificate, a bride's nosegay bouquet, the groom's boutonniere, a wedding cake with table and engraved glasses with sparkling apple cider for a wedding toast, and the bride's in-room hair and make-up -- which is a favorite of many of our brides. This site also includes on-site coordination to make certain everything goes as planned.

Exquisite Wedding Package

Maui Wedding Package #3, the Exquisite Package, includes coordinating of all details, including setting up your wedding license appointment, help with selecting your wedding site location, the services of a minister, two leis for a lei exchange during the ceremony, 48 4x6 digital photos with online viewing, two enlargements, a fully edited "B" Video and two DVDs, a bride's cascading bouquet, the groom's boutonniere, a wedding cake with table and engraved glasses with sparkling apple cider for a wedding toast, the bride's in-room hair and make-up, a full color wedding certificate, and a musician of your choice for the ceremony.

 

Maui Wedding Package #4

Grand Wedding Package

Maui Wedding Package #4, our Grand wedding package is for couples who want the ultimate wedding experience. The package includes coordinating of all details, including setting up your wedding license appointment, help with selecting your wedding site location, the services of a minister, two leis for a lei exchange during the ceremony, 48 4x6 photos with online viewing, two enlargements, a fully edited "C" video, the bride's deluxe cascading bouquet, the groom's boutonniere, cake with table and engraved glasses with apple cider for a wedding toast, the brides in-room hair and make, a full-color wedding certificate, four hours of limousine to and from your wedding site, a husband and wife romantic duo (with keyboards and/or flute and guitar) and dinner on the beach prepared by your own personal chef.

 

The Size of Your Maui Wedding

Affordable Maui Weddings specializes in small to medium sized weddings. The prices and packages listed above are for couples who are coming with six or fewer total people. If you are planning to bring more people, or if you are having a more formal wedding (with several attendants), you should take a look at the following information:

Our network of musicians, florists, photographers, videographers and limo companies will provide you with great service at a reasonable price. We have selected my vendors carefully because we know who will do the best possible job and provide professional service that we can all depend upon. Many of these services are included in each of our Maui Wedding Packages.

Your Maui Wedding Photography

Digital photography is included in each of our Maui Wedding Packages (except Maui Wedding Package A) listed above. Your Maui Photography should probably be one of your most important concerns. A wedding is over so quickly that it is wise to savor those moments by recording them with fine pictures. Your photos  will capture the romance of your special day for a lifetime. Maui Wedding Videography

Maui Videography is included in Maui Weddings Packages #3 and #4. The best way to preserve the emotion of your wedding memories is through your own wedding video. Maui Wedding Flowers

We have included flowers in all of our Maui Wedding Packages, even the Maui Wedding Package A. Flowers are close to a woman's heart. There are so many beautiful and fragrant flowers available on Maui that you won't find anywhere else. In each of our wedding packages there are flowers for a lei exchange and the larger packages contain a bride's bouquet and a groom's boutonniere. To read more about them, click here:

 

 

Maui Wedding Music

We include the services of a musician in Maui Wedding Packages #3 and #4. Music is a great way to enhance the entire wedding experience and make it so much more romantic. You can choose any type of musician that you prefer. We have Maui musicians who play guitar, harp, violin, cello, accordion, saxophone, piano/organ, flute, oboe, bagpipes, etc. We generally suggest a guitarist or harpist who can fill the background with music while you say your vows.

Maui Wedding Cakes

There is a wedding cake in Maui Wedding Packages #2, #3, and #4. We include a sparkling apple cider toast in Maui Wedding Packages #1 through #4. For your wedding toast, we can engrave glasses with your names and the date of your wedding upon them (included in packages #2 through #4). Your Maui wedding photographer will shoot pictures of you toasting and serving each other cake. The cake and toast are presented with those special touches which most bride's appreciate, with a small table and an elegant white table cloth to enhance your pictures. Maui Wedding Attire

Many weddings on Maui are informal both in location and the attire of the couple. But many grooms dress in a tuxedo while the bride wears a traditional wedding dress with train. It's up to you. Tuxedos are available here on Maui, and I will put you in contact with the best vendor depending upon where you will be staying. Dresses are also available for rent on the island. If you are bringing a dress, you may want to send it ahead and have it pressed and waiting as it probably won't look as good coming out of your suitcase. I can help you with this service. Maui Bride's Hair and Make-up

We include Bride's Hair and Make-up in Maui Wedding Packages #2 through #4. How should you fix your hair? On an island like Maui you will probably encounter windy conditions until the sun sets. For this reason, many brides choose to have their hair arranged in a up-do.

 

On your wedding day, you will have so many things to think about. Our professional hair and make-up artist will come right to your hotel room and fix your hair and make-up to make you look your best.

 

Maui Wedding Limousine Service

We include limousine service in Maui Wedding Package #4. Riding to and from your wedding site in a limousine can definitely add to your romantic wedding experience. It is certainly much easier to savor the moment as your chauffeur ushers you to your wedding site making you feel a little like movie stars.
